Product
A cooler. A sensor. A record everyone trusts.
Vessel is a service, not a science experiment. A well-engineered insulated shipper, a small temperature sensor, and the documentation that proves the medicine inside arrived the way it left.
What you get
Three quiet pieces that work together.
A right-sized cooler
Insulated, qualified for the product's temperature range, recyclable, and designed for the receiver to reuse. No bulky overpack, no over-engineering.
A small temperature sensor
Sealed inside the shipper at pick, it captures the temperature throughout transit. It's the only thing that needs to come back to us — a quick drop into a pre-paid mailer.
A signed temperature record
When the sensor returns, we produce a clean record of the shipment — available to the manufacturer, the distributor, and the receiving pharmacy.
Who the record is for
The same record, useful to everyone who touches the medicine.
Cold chain has historically asked each party to keep its own logs. Vessel makes one record that everyone in the chain can reference.
For
Manufacturers
Confidence the product was handled correctly all the way to the patient. A clean record on file for every dose released.
For
Distributors
A reliable shipment record that answers any question — calmly, in minutes, with documentation auditors and customers trust.
For
Pharmacies
See what the medicine experienced before it arrived. Dispense with confidence. No new workflow or paperwork on your end.
Designed for the receiver
The smallest possible ask of the person opening the box.
The reusable object in Vessel is the sensor — small, light, and easy to drop into the next outgoing mail. The cooler is yours to reuse or recycle as you would anyway.
No reverse pickup to schedule. No special handling. No surveillance. Just one small mailer with a pre-paid label.
- The cooler stays with the receiver — reuse it, recycle it, or pass it on
- The sensor return mailer is co-located with the inbound shipping label
- Drop the sensor in any outgoing mail pickup — that's it
- If a pharmacy ever wants the temperature record, it's available through the distributor
- We do not contact the receiver. We do not market to them. We just need the sensor back.
Quiet compliance
Built around the standards QA already cares about.
Vessel produces the kind of documentation a Director of QA can hand to a state board, an FDA inspector, or a manufacturer's quality team without a fire drill.
