Vessel collects only the information necessary to operate the service: account details, organization information, and the temperature records imported from your loggers. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use customer data to train any third-party model.

A complete privacy notice will be published here before general availability. In the meantime, customers operating under signed agreements can request our current privacy posture at any time.
